Accepting these terms
Opening an account at OddsMaster means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not open an account or place a bet.
Who may open an account
You must be over the minimum age for your country and be allowed to gamble where you live. One account per person. We may ask you to prove your age and where you live at any time, and we will close an account opened by someone who is not old enough and return their deposits.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and your details up to date. Once your identity has been verified, your legal name, date of birth and country stay as your documents show them. Your address and phone are held while a check is open and can be edited again once it is finished. If you think somebody else has reached your account, tell support straight away.
Identity checks
Our licence requires us to confirm who you are before money moves, and again if your activity crosses certain thresholds. We will tell you what is needed and why. Until a check is complete, deposits, withdrawals or play may be paused. We do not ask for your password, and we never ask for it by email.
Deposits, withdrawals and balances
Deposits are available to play once they have cleared. Withdrawals go back to you once our checks are complete and may be reviewed by our team first. We do not charge for holding your balance. Your wallet lists the methods available to you, the minimum and maximum for each and how long each takes.
Bonuses and promotions
Every bonus carries its own terms: what it is worth, what you must wager before it becomes cash, which games count and when it expires. Those terms are shown with the offer and apply alongside these. A bonus claimed in bad faith, for example across several accounts, may be withdrawn.
Responsible gaming and self-exclusion
You can set a deposit limit or a loss limit on yourself at any time from your profile. Lowering one applies immediately. Raising one only takes effect after a cooling-off period. You can also ask us to close your account to play, briefly or permanently. A self-exclusion cannot be undone by you: only our support team can end one early, and for a permanent exclusion they cannot.
Fair play
The games are supplied by licensed studios and run on their certified random number generators. We cannot change a result and neither can you. Using software to automate play, exploiting a fault in a game, or collusion between accounts will void the bets involved.
Closing an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time and we will return any balance that is yours, once our checks are complete. We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell support first: most things are settled there. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can escalate to our regulator, whose details are published in the footer of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the rules we operate under change. The current version always sits on this page, and we will tell you about a change that affects you before it takes effect.
