What gambling is, and is not
Every game here is built so that the casino wins over time. That is not a secret and it is not a flaw: it is the deal, and it is why the only sensible amount to play with is money you can afford to lose. Chasing a loss is the most reliable way to turn a bad evening into a worse one.
Deposit limits
You can cap how much you deposit over a rolling 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, from your profile. Rolling means the window is counted back from right now rather than reset at midnight, so room frees up gradually as earlier deposits age out of it.
Loss limits
You can also cap how much you lose over the same windows. This is the more useful of the two for most people: a deposit limit caps what goes in, a loss limit caps what the evening can actually cost you.
Why lowering is instant and raising is not
Lowering a limit takes effect the moment you save it. Raising one waits out a cooling-off period before it starts. That asymmetry is deliberate: the moment you most want a limit gone is the moment it is doing the most work, and a decision you made calmly should still protect you later.
Taking a break, and closing your account
From your profile you can pause your account for a set period or close it permanently. A break cannot be ended early by you — that is what makes it a break rather than a pause button. Closing your account signs you out everywhere, and only our support team can reopen it, so withdraw any balance first.
Signs worth paying attention to
Playing for longer than you meant to. Depositing again after telling yourself you would stop. Betting more to win back what you lost. Hiding how much you play from people close to you. Borrowing money to play. Any one of these is worth taking seriously, and the tools above are there for exactly that.
