Verifying your account
We check your identity once, and it takes about five minutes. You will be asked for a photo of an identity document and a selfie, and sometimes for proof of your address. Until that check is complete some things are limited, and your profile always shows exactly which ones. If a check comes back rejected, the reason is shown on the same page along with whether you can try again or need to talk to us.
Putting money in
Choose an amount, pick how you want to pay, and you will see exactly what leaves your side and what lands on your balance before you confirm anything. Crypto deposits show the network to send on: send on any other network and the funds cannot be recovered. A payment window that runs out costs you nothing, and you can simply start again.
Taking money out
A withdrawal is reviewed by a person before it is paid. That is a licence condition rather than a delay we chose, and it is also why we may ask for documents at that point even if you have played here for a while. Your balance is yours throughout. Your wallet shows each request and where it has got to.
When something is stuck
Open the chat from the edge of any page. It reaches a person who can see where your verification or your withdrawal actually stands, which is usually faster than waiting. If a payment left your side and has not arrived, have the payment ID from your transaction history ready.
Keeping your account safe
Turn on two-factor authentication from your profile: it is the single thing that most reduces the chance of somebody else getting in. You can also see every device signed in to your account and end any session you do not recognise. We will tell you the moment your password or your two-factor setting changes, so if it was not you, you find out while it is happening.
