Why do I have to verify my identity?
Because our licence requires it before money moves, and because it is what stops somebody else claiming to be you. It is a one-time check. You keep playing while it is in progress unless your profile says otherwise.
How long does a withdrawal take?
A person reviews every payout, and the transfer itself then takes as long as the method you chose. Your wallet shows the expected time for each method and the current state of your request. If it has been longer than that, the chat button reaches someone who can see why.
Why can I not withdraw my bonus?
A bonus carries a wagering requirement: an amount you need to bet before the bonus money becomes yours to take out. Your active bonus card shows how much is left. Your own deposited money is never locked by a bonus, and if a bonus expires before the wagering is met you lose only the bonus part.
Can I set a limit on myself?
Yes, from your profile: a deposit limit, a loss limit, or both, over a rolling 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Lowering a limit applies immediately. Raising one waits out a cooling-off period, on purpose — the moment you most want a limit gone is the moment it is doing the most work.
Can I take a break or close my account?
Yes. From your profile you can pause your account for a set period, or close it for good. A break cannot be ended early by you, which is the point of it. Closing your account signs you out everywhere and only our support team can reopen it, so withdraw your balance first.
Are the games fair?
Every game comes from a licensed studio and runs on that studio’s own certified random number generator. We do not build them and cannot influence a result. Each game’s information panel shows its provider and its published return to player.
I think someone else used my account.
Change your password straight away, turn on two-factor authentication, and end every session you do not recognise from your profile. Then open the chat: we can see what happened on the account and what to do next.
